Regina Farms Garden Center offers a guarantee on certain plant material for a replacement plant. We cannot offer a guarantee on plant material without a sales receipt. This is a one-time replacement only and the replacement plants will not carry a guarantee. Please refer to specific plant guarantees below.
Plants must be given sufficient light, water, and suitable soil conditions. If your plant starts to appear unhealthy, please bring a sample and or a photograph to our staff as soon as possible for analysis and recommendations. If the plant is brought back for a replacement and still has live buds and/or green tissue, we will be unable to offer a replacement. Regina Farms Garden Center is not responsible for plants affected by natural conditions such as floods, ice, drought, animal damage etc. or neglect by the customer.
Trees & Shrubs: For up to 60 days from the date on the original sales receipt, a replacement will be given. If the Regina Farms Garden Center professional staff planted the trees or shrubs, there will be a one-year guarantee on the plants and we will plant your replacement plant free of charge, provided the plant was purchased at full price. Plants purchased at a discount of 25% or more and planted by our staff will be guarantee for 6 months. No guarantee will be given on trees and shrubs planted in a container, left in the original container, or those damaged by mechanical injury.
Perennials: For up to 60 days from the original sales receipt, a replacement will be given. If the Regina Farms Garden Center professional staff planted the perennial, there will be a 90-day guarantee on the plants and we will plant your replacement plant free of charge. Plants purchased at a discount of 25% or more and planted by our staff will be guarantee for 60 days.
We are unable to offer a guarantee on the following items: Annuals, live balled Christmas trees, and evergreens purchased in December.
No Cash refunds will be given on plants that fail. A store credit will be issued when a replacement is not possible.
The guarantee is void if:
- Payment has not been made in full.
- Plants die due to gross negligence (e.g., failure to water regularly, (as needed) physical damage such as from mowers, weed whacking, etc.).
- Plants are damaged or killed due to acts of nature such as lightning, drought, frost, ice storms and/or floods.
- Plants are killed or damaged due to human or wildlife/animal damage.
- Customers does not have the original receipt.
Exceptions to the guarantee are annuals, such as mums (and any other plants designated not winter hardy, plants not planted in the ground and clearance plants discounted 25% or more.
